Support is provided Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST excluding certain holidays on a best effort response basis. For all the Hosted products, we require direct SSH access to be able to provide a resolution on the support requests. For all API questions, DID purchases, integration issues, etc - we only require your complete cooperation and a cup of coffee :) After hours support and some other services are charged at a higher rate. For support on issues unrelated to the standard services we are offering on our website (example: SIP issues with 3rd party services, configuration for various 3rd party switches/routers/pbx servers, SS7 interconnects, etc), please note that we will do our best to help you as long as your support requests are relevant to networking/voip/linux/unix and related fields.
