location with their phone number, passing it along to the PSAP.

This kind of automatic transfer of information will help you provide vital, lifesaving
information to the 9-1-1 PSAP operators. The capability to offer access to
emergency services is not only a regulatory obligation to many carriers but also a
must have from a commercial standpoint.

MultiTEL offers this access to companies located in US and Canada, delivered via IP/VoIP.

How it works

We provide API access so you can integrate our services into your application.
Our API provides address validation along with free location updates so you will
be able to maintain correct address/subscriber phone number association at no
cost, regardless of how many hundreds of daily updates you need to make.

At the core of our service, we run a mix of multiple Cisco routers and softswitches
which will route your calls based on their origination (called number) to the
corresponding PSAP.

The location of the phone number is forwarded to the PSAP in real time so any
updates on the address that you might have made will be immediately available
when you call E911. All links with local emergency centers are regularly tested.
